ADORATION SCHOOL OF LEADERSHIP

This is a worker’s in training class for worker who will be ordained as ministers in the church.

The school runs once in a year.

The first set graduated in April 2010 after three months of intensive studies with seasoned and God fearing instructors.

The founder and vice chancellor Rev Barr, Phil Okunerer is the Senior Pastor of Adoration Family Ministries whose vision is to produce fire brand ministers for the work of kingdom of God. Heb 1 v 7 … He maketh His ministers flames of fire.

VISION STATEMENT
Adoration school of leadership vision is to empower church workers to embrace a lifestyle that stands firmly for all values consistent with God’s Word, profess faith in Jesus Christ by providing a preparatory biblical education based on God’s Holy Word so as to raise Christ Centered leaders of influence and integrity.

MISSION ST ATEMENT
To glorify God and develop the next generation of Christian Leadership.

CURRICULUM
The curriculum includes

All instructors infuse Bible truth within each discipline taught.  Adoration School of Leadership is not affiliated with a specific denomination; we focus our Bible instruction on the basic tenets of Christianity.

STATEMENT OF FAITH

• We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
• We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
• we believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin  birth, in His sinless  life, in His miracles, and in His vicarious and substitutional atonement for the sins of mankind by the shedding of His blood on he cross, in his bodly resurration, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His  personal return in power and glory
• We believe that for salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
• We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life
• We believe that God created man in His own image, but because of sin, man is in need of a savior, and that salvation comes through faith in Christ Jesus, the Son of the Living God. Through faith in Him as Lord and savior, we are declared righteous by God.
• we believe in the second coming of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus  Christ

SPIRITUAL EMPHASIS
To encourage  all church workers to develop  a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, and to instill in them a love for  the Lord  Jesus Christ, God the Father, and the Holy  Spirit, and instill a personal sense  of responsibility to be all God wants them to be.

To teach workers that the Bible is the infallible Word of God, and to stress its practicality and importance through the application of Biblical principles to every part of daily life.

To integrate the teachings of the Bible with every course, and to evaluate secular information according to what the Bible teaches, as it is the ultimate source and final authority for all teaching.

To encourage workers to develop self-discipline and responsibility based on respect for and submission to God and all other authority
